Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great since it is safe and within easy walking distance of urban area. Good location near restaurants and I495. Staff was excellent. Great fitness center. Great alternative to Downtown D at better prices.

We paid for a 4 star hotel, because we wanted comfortable accommodations. The room was very small, the air quality was poor (felt stuffy, low oxygen, smelly), window did not open. The front desk staff when we checked in was not friendly or helpful. There was a sorority party in the hotel, and college kids on at least three floors, including ours, were drunk and loud until 2 in the morning. We called the front desk to complain 4 times. Each time they said they were sending someone up to deal with the situation, but no one ever came, and the banging on doors, doors slamming, drunk kids yelling, and loud conversations in the hall lasted until 2 a.m. ...read more

We took a family vacation with three adults, a grandma and two kids (ages ten and eight). We all stayed in a family suite that slept six people and were very comfortable. Staff and location were great. The room was very noisy. You can here others in the rooms next to yours. No fridge in room to store water. no paper in the am. The USAToday did not arrive until after 6pm everyday. Small issues that can be retified...but the Hilton REALLY needs to ban smoking in all rooms and floors.
